If any of you retired folks are thinking about a HECM mortgage, or better known as a reverse, I cannot recommend Peter Morris and Nicole Webster enough. They are personable, knowledgeable and very willing to answer any of you questions. They return calls and text very promptly. They most of all get it done in a very timely manner.

I was a bit uncertain at the beginning of this process, as there were some issues that were a bit unusual in my situation than one might normally find in reverse mortgages, But Peter Morris and his team explained everything thoroughly, were empathetic and understanding, and knew exactly how to handle my situation.
